Strain improved at the Gaik-Brzezowa farm and then maintained as a reserve strain at the Agricultural Experimental Station Jurczyce belonging to Jagiellonski University in Cracow. In the following years the flock was kept in one conservation flock at the Agricultural Experimental Station in Szczodre, belonging to Agricultural Academy in Wroclaw. The next step was to transfer this strain on a private farm in Nieciszow near Olesnica in the lower Silesia province.
