An n-of-1 disease characterized by hearing loss, almost white hair, a psoriasiform rash with hyperkaratotic papillomata, muscle contractures, and depressed granulocyte and monocyte chemotaxis, dominant hearing loss, white hair, contractures, hyperkeratotic papillomata, and muscle contractures, and depressed granulocyte and monocyte chemotaxis.
